These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of mypet-online.com (referred to as "website", “My Pet Online” “our” or “we”) including all transactions for the sale of goods on the website. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Mypet-online.com is registered in England and Wales under company number 15114279 and have our registered office in 137 Greenham Business Park, Newbury, Berkshire, RG19 6HN.
Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your liabilities under the law. By using our website or placing an order you accept these Terms and Conditions. You fully agree with these Terms and Conditions even if you do not register with us. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time with any changes taking effect on the date they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read the most up-to-date Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Website Information and Products
We endeavour to ensure that all information published on our website is accurate including product information, images, prices and advice. Photographs of products should be used as a guide as colours may vary slightly due to viewing across various devices and dimensions provided are approximate. There may be occasions where information is not correct through human error or a third-party has updated their packaging or ingredients. Please always refer to the product packaging of your order to ensure you have the most accurate information.
Our prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Should you notice any errors, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can rectify the issue, by contacting info@mypet-online.com.
Promotions, Offers and Discounts
From time to time, we may include promotions, discounts, vouchers or competitions.
Promotions are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or offer codes.
Some products may have discounts already applied, such as current discounted products, clearance, introductory and special price items, therefore, promotions and vouchers may not be applicable or work. If an offer or discount has ended, it will not be redeemed. If you receive a free product or discounted product with an offer and you return the original product, you must return the free / discounted item otherwise we reserve the right to deduct any amount owing from your refund.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotions, offers or discounts at any time.
Some offers are available online only, and you will not be able to redeem all offers through our telephone sales line. Some products are exempt from discounts and offers.
Ordering
All products are subject to availability. Items placed in your basket are not reserved for you and may be purchased by another customer. When placing an order please ensure you enter your contact details, delivery and billing information.
When processing your order, if we discover an error, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
Payment
Payment for goods will be taken at the time of ordering, either by debit or credit card. We process all transactions through Worldpay and all card numbers are encrypted. Online transactions can also be processed using PayPal or Klarna. This information is not kept or passed on to us.

Delivery Service
We aim to deliver to the majority of postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving a 'Despatch Confirmation' email, please contact us immediately by emailing info@mypet-online.com.
Returns
We can accept returns within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return your goods. Cancelled goods must be returned to us within a further 14 days after we have been notified. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Warranties
Please note that warranties are not valid on any item shipped outside of the United Kingdom. Our own branded products are covered by a one-year guarantee. Most manufacturers have their own warranty terms and therefore, we would need to consult with the supplier before any action is taken.
Proof of purchase is required.
We accept no liability for damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence, alterations or repairs of any of our products.
